Who runs this site
This site is run by Sam Weir, trading as Women on the Wild Side. I guide road cycling, wild swimming and hiking for women around Kenmore, Loch Tay and Perthshire. For now the site has a blog and a newsletter sign-up.
Using the site
You are welcome to read the site and share links to it. Please do not use it for anything unlawful, and do not try to break it, overload it or get into the parts that are not meant for you.
Words and photos
The words and photos on this site are copyright Sam Weir unless a page says otherwise. Please ask before you copy or reuse them. A short quote with a link back to the page is fine.
The blog
The blog is general information and my own experience. It is not professional advice. Outdoor activity carries some risk, so check the weather, the route and your own health and ability before you try anything you read here.
The newsletter
If you sign up, I will email you about Women on the Wild Side and the trips I am planning for 2027. You confirm your address by clicking a link in the first email I send. Every newsletter has an unsubscribe link, and you can unsubscribe at any time. See the privacy policy for what I keep.
No bookings or payments yet
There are no bookings or payments on this site yet. I plan to open bookings in 2027, with their own terms shown at the time.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits my liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow me to limit.
The law that applies
These terms are governed by Scots law, and the Scottish courts can hear any dispute about them.
